My room offered a rainfall shower (very refreshing) and two separate sinks. The breakfast featured a broad selection of fruits and cereals.
The gym had limited equipment. There was only one treadmill available.

The location felt quite special! It was next to a famous shop and close to a main street. A park was also nearby. The staff was very helpful. They looked after my things. I appreciated that.
Breakfast felt disorganized! There was no bread for toast and the scrambled eggs ran out quickly. The teapots did not match the place. A building site nearby created a lot of noise! It was very distracting during the day.

i stayed for a few nights, and the location was fantastic, near key attractions. the adjustable air conditioning in my room was a big plus . also, i found the breakfast concierge to be a really friendly person! i really appreciated the hotel being so central.
i noticed some minor noise from nearby, though it was only during peak hours.

The staff was cute, especially at the front desk. They assisted with directions and luggage storage, answering all our questions. i could always rely on their help. They were very polite and professional. It was really helpful.

The hotel is very close to several landmarks. It is only a short walk to buckingham palace, westminster abbey, trafalger square, and oxford street. its proximity to many points of interest makes it an excellent base. It is very useful.

My room had a spacious layout with comfortable beds and modern amenities. It even had a well stocked minibar and a coffee maker. the bathroom featured fluffy towels, high end toiletries and an effective shower, it really met my expectations.

The breakfast offered many options, from fresh fruit to pastries and cooked items. The dining area was clean and inviting. i noticed that the service was prompt and efficient. It was very satisfying.

I thought the location was great, very central. But the room I had felt a bit outdated. I noticed the lack of overhead lights made it dim. it was annoying that there weren't any outlets near the bed to charge my phone. The deposit return took forever.

Enchanting Anniversary Retreat

My wife and I celebrated our anniversary and the hotel made it special! A swan sculpture created from towels adorned our room, and red petals were scattered romantically. We found a congratulatory note with a bottle of Prosecco chilling in an ice bucket. Such a lovely touch. The location was perfect for our planned activities.
The building site nearby created noticeable noise early in the morning.
